COMMAND ACHIEVEMENT. Washington Township Assistant Fire Chief/Fire Marshal Rob Schmelzer recently graduated from Eastern Michigan University’s Fire Staff and Command School. This accomplishment required 360 contact hours and is a master’s degree level program for upper level fire administration members.
