The spring season departed as summer arrived at 5:43 p.m. on Saturday, June 20 but not before it could leave us with some beautiful images. Above, a couple walks along the lushly green Polly Ann Trail in Leonard. On the right, blossoms are entwined with a fence along Secord Lake in Addison Township. The lake was created by a dam on East Pond Creek which meanders a dozen miles through the Bruce Township countryside before joining a branch of the Clinton River in Romeo. (Photos by Larry Sobczak)
