Samaritan House in Washington Township is collecting items and gift cards for their annual Easter Dinner Food Drive.
This program provides Samaritan House clients with the means to make Easter dinner, an Easter egg dye kit, a dozen fresh eggs and a $15 gift card to purchase an Easter ham.
Last year the non-profit organization distributed 256 dinner baskets and it expects the number to increase this year.
The following items are needed:
- Easter Eggs
- Jello (regular & diet)
- Canned Fruit
- Canned Corn & Beans
- Cake Mix
- Brown Sugar
- Mayonnaise
- Easter Egg Coloring Kit
- $15 Gifts Cards, or Cash Donations for Hams
Please bring your donations to Samaritan House, 62324 Van Dyke, Washington during business hours by March 16. Volunteers need time to prepare Easter dinner baskets before distribution on March 22 and 23 at Samaritan House.
