PUBLIC NOTICE – CHARTER TOWNSHIP OF WASHINGTON SPECIAL LAND USE REQUEST PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Charter Township of Washington Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday April 10th, 2025, in the Board Room of the Washington Township Municipal Building located at 57900 Van Dyke, Washington, MI 48094, beginning at 6:30 p.m.

The purpose of this Public Hearing is to hear and receive comments related to, “Mr. C’s Car Wash #9 LLC”. The applicant seeks consideration on the following Special Land Use request as outlined in the Washington Township Zoning Ordinance, Article 4.0 Use Standards, 4.26 Full and Self-Service Car Washes.
