Please be advised that the Village of Romeo, Michigan Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a request for Special land Use on property at:
PARCEL: 27-07-34-476-039, 273 CHANDLER ROMEO, MI 48065
This location is applying for SLU in accordance to Ordinance 482 Article 9 R-1 Single Family Residential District Section 9.02, Special Land Uses, that are allowed in the R-1 Single Family. The ordinance allows for Bed and Breakfast establishments under a Special Land Use. This would be an existing residential structure on Chandler Street.
The public hearing will be held at 7:00p.m. Romeo Community Center, 361 Morton Street, Romeo, MI 48065, Thursday, May 1, 2025.
