A closed meeting of the Charter Township of Oakland Board of Trustees was called to order on Tuesday, January 28th, 2025 at 6:01 PM in the Township Hall, 4393 Collins Rd, Rochester, MI.
PRESENT: Robin Buxar, Supervisor; Dave Mabry, Clerk; John Giannangeli, Treasurer; Emily Campbell, Trustee; John Casadei, Trustee; Jeanne Langlois
ABSENT: Jack Elder; Trustee (arrived at 6:20 p.m.)
THE FOLLOWING MOTIONS WERE MADE AND PASSED:
1. To approve the agenda as presented as presented.
2. To go into closed session to receive an update from the township attorneys regarding pending litigation, in accordance with MCL 15.268 (1) (e) and (h).
3. To adjourn the meeting at 7:01 p.m.
