Supervisor Krotche called meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
Present: Nikkel, Goetzinger, Job, Swiacki, Krotche and Fire Chief Steve Kohut
Board reviewed the proposed FY25/26 fire and general operating budgets. No formal actions were taken. January 23 and February 13 Budget Workshops were cancelled. Next budget workshop will be (Correction: February 27). Necessary updates to Policies and Procedures were discussed. Meeting adjourned at 8:39 p.m.
