A special meeting of the Charter Township of Oakland Board of Trustees was called to order on Tuesday, December 10th, 2024 at 6:05 PM in the Township Hall, 4393 Collins Rd, Rochester, MI.
PRESENT: Robin Buxar, Supervisor; Dave Mabry, Clerk; John Giannangeli, Treasurer; Emily Campbell, Trustee; John Casadei, Trustee; Jack Elder, Trustee; Jeanne Langlois,
ABSENT: None
THE FOLLOWING MOTIONS WERE MADE AND PASSED:
1. To approve the agenda as amended.
2. To move into closed session to discuss the township attorney’s opinions regarding pending litigation, library board legal opinion and the election communications opinion, in accordance with MCL 15.268 (1) (h).
3. To adjourn the meeting at 6:59 PM
