A special meeting of the Charter Township of Oakland Board of Trustees was called to order on Tuesday, November 12th, 2024 at 6:32 PM in the Township Hall, 4393 Collins Rd, Rochester, MI.
PRESENT: Robin Buxar, Supervisor; Dave Mabry, Clerk; John Giannangeli, Treasurer; Jack Elder, Trustee; Jeanne Langlois, Trustee; Lana Mangiapane, Trustee; Andy Zale, Trustee
ABSENT: None
THE FOLLOWING MOTIONS WERE MADE AND PASSED:
1. To approve the agenda as presented.
2. To approve going into closed session to discuss attorney’s opinion regarding the Rochester Hills Public Library agreement, as allowed by MCL 15.243 (1)(h).
3. To adjourn the meeting at 7:00 PM.
