A regular meeting of the Charter Township of Oakland Board of Trustees was called to order on Tuesday, November 12th, 2024 at 7:06 PM in the Township Hall, 4393 Collins Rd, Rochester, MI.
PRESENT: Robin Buxar, Supervisor; Dave Mabry, Clerk; John Giannangeli, Treasurer; Jack Elder, Trustee; Jeanne Langlois, Trustee; Lana Mangiapane, Trustee; Andy Zale, Trustee
ABSENT: None
THE FOLLOWING MOTIONS WERE MADE AND PASSED:
1. To approve the agenda as amended.
2. To approve the consent agenda as presented.
3. To approve OHM recommendation of item #9, which is a proposed external generator with sound-attenuated enclosure Level 2 at location B.
4. To approve the two-year contract with Flock Safety for an additional ten cameras at the cost of $30,000 per year with an additional $6,500 in the first year of installation of all ten cameras, for a total of $66,500.
5. To direct the Township Attorney to conduct a review of the legality of the publication and posting of allegations against an unnamed Board of Trustee Member made by the Oakland Township Clerk on November 2nd, 2024.
6. To adjourn the meeting at 10:24 PM.
