Please be advised that the Village of Romeo Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on December 5, 2024, 7:00 p.m., at the Romeo Community Center, 361 Morton Street, Romeo, MI 48065 to consider a request for Special land Use on property located at:
121 Shafer Drive Property ID# 27-01-36-427-007 Romeo, Michigan 48065
The location is applying for a Special Land Use in accordance to Ordinance 482, Section 46-393, Subsection (h), Recreational facilities such as martial art studios, dance instruction studios, gymnastics, ice skating rink, swimming pool, athletic courts and other recreational uses as recognized by the community as beneficial subject to Special Land Use approval.
