The Village of Romeo Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on November 20, 2024, 6:30 p.m., at Romeo Community Center 361 Morton Street, Romeo, MI 48065, to consider the following application for address:
217 Chandler St, Romeo, MI 48065 Parcel ID# 27-01-34-476-030
The applicant/home owner is seeking a change in non-conforming use in accordance with Ordinance 482 Section 46-152(f)(6). The applicant is looking to replace their garage and seeking a variance to allow a 5ft setback in both the front and rear of their accessory structure, as well as a variance to allow a setback from the property line of no less than 4ft.
