A special meeting of the Charter Township of Oakland Board of Trustees was called to order on Tuesday, October 8th, 2024 at 6:33 PM in the Township Hall, 4393 Collins Rd, Rochester, MI.
PRESENT: Robin Buxar, Supervisor; Dave Mabry, Clerk; John Giannangeli, Treasurer; Jack Elder, Trustee; Jeanne Langlois, Trustee; Lana Mangiapane, Trustee; Andy Zale, Trustee
ABSENT: None
THE FOLLOWING MOTIONS WERE MADE AND PASSED:
1. To approve the agenda as presented.
2. To approve going into closed session at 6:34 PM for the purpose of discussing the confidential legal opinion regarding Fox v. Charter Township of Oakland, pursuant to MCL 15.268 (1) (e).
3. To adjourn the meeting at 6:56 PM.
