A regular meeting of the Charter Township of Oakland Board of Trustees was called to order on Tuesday, October 8th, 2024 at 7:00 PM in the Township Hall, 4393 Collins Rd, Rochester, MI.
PRESENT: Robin Buxar, Supervisor; Dave Mabry, Clerk; John Giannangeli, Treasurer; Jack Elder, Trustee; Jeanne Langlois, Trustee; Lana Mangiapane, Trustee; Andy Zale, Trustee
ABSENT: None
THE FOLLOWING MOTIONS WERE MADE AND PASSED:
1. To approve the agenda as presented.
2. To approve the Consent Agenda as presented.
3. To approve the revised Leave of Absence Policy to become adopted and effective November 4th, 2024.
4. To schedule a public hearing on Tuesday, October 22nd, 2024 at 7:00 PM, to solicit comments on the Oakland Township 2025 Program Year Community Development Block Grant Application.
5. To approve the proposed agreement for the next phase of the Snell Road Project, the first phase being $26,000.
6. To reappoint Judith Williams-Workings to the Planning Commission, term to expire September, 2027.
7. To adjourn the meeting at 8:21 PM.
