A special meeting of the Charter Township of Oakland Board of Trustees was called to order on Tuesday, September 24th, 2024 at 6:38 PM in the Township Hall, 4393 Collins Rd, Rochester, MI.
PRESENT: Dave Mabry, Clerk; John Giannangeli, Treasurer; Jack Elder, Trustee; Jeanne Langlois, Trustee; Lana Mangiapane, Trustee
ABSENT: Robin Buxar, Supervisor; Andy Zale, Trustee
THE FOLLOWING MOTIONS WERE MADE AND PASSED:
1. To approve the agenda as presented.
2. To approve going into closed session at 6:41 PM for the purpose of discussion of confidential legal opinion re: special land use permit pursuant to MCL 15.268 (1)(h).
3. To adjourn the meeting at 6:56 PM.
