A special meeting of the Charter Township of Oakland Board of Trustees was called to order on Tuesday, September 10th, 2024 at 6:33 PM in the Township Hall, 4393 Collins Rd, Rochester, MI.
PRESENT: Robin Buxar, Supervisor; Dave Mabry, Clerk; Jack Elder, Trustee; Jeanne Langlois, Trustee; Lana Mangiapane, Trustee; Andy Zale, Trustee
ABSENT: John Giannangeli, Treasurer
THE FOLLOWING MOTIONS WERE MADE AND PASSED:
1. To approve the agenda as presented.
2. To approve going into closed session for the purpose of discussion of a confidential legal opinion regarding the transfer of a liquor license pursuant to MCL.15.268 (1)(h).
3. To adjourn the meeting at 6:43 PM.
