A regular meeting of the Charter Township of Oakland Board of Trustees was called to order on Tuesday, September 10th, 2024 at 7:00 PM in the Township Hall, 4393 Collins Rd, Rochester, MI.
PRESENT: Robin Buxar, Supervisor; Dave Mabry, Clerk; Jack Elder, Trustee; Jeanne Langlois, Trustee; Lana Mangiapane, Trustee; Andy Zale, Trustee
ABSENT: John Giannangeli, Treasurer
THE FOLLOWING MOTIONS WERE MADE AND PASSED:
1. To approve the agenda as presented.
2. To approve the Consent Agenda as read.
3. To approve Resolution 24-17 supporting the Land and Water Conservation Fund Grant 26-0 project agreement titled Stony Creek Ravine Nature Park Development committing to appropriate the defined matching funds and authorizing the Township Clerk and Supervisor to sign.
4. To approve Budget Amendment #27-17 with net result of $8,000. It is a transfer from 101-701-900-000 and 101-931-699-000.
5. To accept the proposal for planning services submitted by Carlisle Wortman in March 2024.
6. To adjourn the meeting at 8:04 PM.
