Hispanic Heritage Fiesta is taking place Sept. 21

The Second Annual Hispanic Heritage Fiesta will be taking place 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 21 at the Eastern Michigan State Fairgrounds in Imlay City. The event is free and open to public.
