Approved: Agenda as amended. Consent agenda items as presented. Annual Renewal for Sanilac Appraisers, Inc. $3,920 per month for assessing. Rezoning for 22900 Armada Center Road from R1 to B2. Special Land Use for Semco Energy Gas Company 16671 Irwin Rd. $250 fee for Shumaker Group to take drone photos for website. Rock with donation plaque in the Township park with funds from Friends of Armada. MTA training for supervisor elect.
