Pres. Coenen called meeting to order at 7:00 PM. Pledge of Allegiance recited. Council members present at roll call: Coenen, Clark, Boelke, Adair, Barzyk, Stirrett, and Shall. Also present: Clerk Poulos, Treasurer Porter, Diane Heinzelman, Kevin Grand, and Stacy Sobotka.
COUNCIL ACTION: Unanimously approved Agenda as presented. Heard and/or received; the Planning Commission Meeting Minutes of 7/15/24, the F & V and DPW Reports for July, 2024, verbal reports from Planning Commission Liaison Shall, Sewer Commissioner Stirrett, Water Commissioner Boelke, Treasurer Porter, and Clerk Poulos. Unanimously Approved the Consent Agenda as presented: RCM Minutes of 8/12/24 pulled until the next RCM; Payment of Bills totaling $132,785.11 as presented; the Special Event Permit Application from the Armada Area Schools on September 27, 2024, between 4:00 pm and 5:00 pm to hold a parade. Unanimously Approved: to authorize the Village Street Administrator to execute a change order at a cost not to exceed $20,000.00 to amend the project scope for the Simons Street Asphalt Paving Project to include the paving of a 12-foot-wide gravel road from Barrows Street to 74325 Simons Street; to approve Oudbier Instrument Company Estimate No. 1044 in the amount of $3,500.00 for replacement of influent flow meter, which includes relation of the electrical junction box.
