Washington Township Zoning Ordinance, Article 5.0 Site Standards, Section 5.8 Pathways, Sidewalks and Walkways, A. Applicability, 3. Required Roads, a. A pathway or sidewalk shall be constructed in the following instances: (2) For all new construction of nonresidential buildings which constitute the principal use of the property and for any development in which a site plan must be submitted for review by the Planning Commission.
Purpose of request:
To request a variance, which if granted would allow the applicant to not have to install an 8-foot-wide concrete pathway across the frontage of their property.
